Registration and Payment

1. Acceptance of Registration Forms is at the discretion of the Multidisciplinary ANZ PE Organising Committee (ANZ PE Committee). Confirmation, invoices and receipts will be provided. The ANZ PE Committee reserves the right to decline any Registration Form, if so the ANZ PE Committee will refund monies that have been paid.

2. The ANZ PE Committee will not consider any Registration Form without the requisite Fee (all Fees are expressed as GST inclusive amounts). The ANZ PE Committee reserves the right to change the Fee at any time but changes will not affect registrations already confirmed.

3. Some Events offered by the ANZ PE Committee have limited places available. Registration, or attendance where pre-registration is not required, is on a “first-in” basis.

4. If the ANZ PE Committee has invited you to attend an Event without the need for payment of the Fee, you are required to register for the event in order to reserve your position.

5. For certain Events, the ANZ PE Committee may offer to facilitate Accommodation through the Registration Form. If so, any bookings made through the ANZ PE Committee is subject to the relevant Hotels’ own terms and conditions including cancellations (available on the Hotels' website) and you are liable for all costs connected with your stay and use of the Accommodation.

Cancellation

1. Where permitted, you may cancel your registration. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email to the Conference Secretariat (hello@jcevents.com.au).

2. For a Conference, if your cancellation notification is received by the ANZ PE Committee: 

a)      Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: 100% refund;
b)      Cancellation less than 30 days and more than 20 days before the event: 90% refund;
c)      Cancellation less than 20 days, but more than 10 days: 80% refund; and
d)      Cancellation 10 days or less, no refund.

3. Any funds retained by ANZ PE Committee when issuing a refund are a genuine pre-estimate of reasonable costs that ANZ PE Committee will have incurred at the time of the cancellation.

4. Refunds will not be granted if you fail to attend.

5. For Accommodation, you may cancel your Accommodation by contacting the Accommodation provider directly. Your accommodation Fee will be refundable subject to the Hotel’s cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation does not terminate our agreement with you, which continues until resolution of all outstanding matters are met to the ANZ PE Committee satisfaction.

Privacy Statement

1. Protecting your privacy and your personal information is an important aspect of the way the ANZ PE Committee conducts its activities, online and offline.

2. You acknowledge you may be filmed, recorded and/or photographed by the ANZ PE Committee, the media or any other party at the Event and consent to the ANZ PE Committee using the film, sound and/or photograph for ANZ PE Committee editorial, promotion, publicity and advertising purposes.

3. By submitting a Registration Form, you consent to the ANZ PE Committee collecting, using and disclosing your personal information (including credit card information) to administer the Event. This may include the production of delegate lists and photographs to Event sponsors or for marketing and related uses and updating your continual professional development record, unless notified otherwise. The ANZ PE Committee will disclose personal information relating to credit card details for payment processing only.

4. Please contact the Conference Secretariat (hello@jcevents.com.au) to update or correct your details.

5. In all other aspects, the ANZ PE Committee will collect, use and disclose personal information provided to it in accordance with its Privacy Statement.

Registration fees are inclusive of GST, a transaction processing fee will be added at checkout based on the payment card used.

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
